Wolfgang Doell

Wolfgang Doell has gained over 20 years of executive search experience and has managed over 400 assignments across a wide functional spectrum.

Wolfgang joined Heidrick & Struggles in 1988. Until 2002 he was a core member of their automotive practice and concurrently held a General Manager role for one of the firm's subsidiaries in Germany. From 2003 to 2005, he acted as General Manager with Deininger Unternehmensberatung before he founded the German operation of Courland International. In 2008, he became a member of the Executive Advisory Board.

Wolfgang holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Frankfurt, 1986) as well as an MBA (Oxford, UK, 1997)
