Martin Bohling's automotive executive search career spans some twenty years and has involved coordination of numerous projects on behalf of leading global automotive organisations. His ability to spot emerging young executive talent and build relationships with them (as well as senior executives) has ensured he is now considered to be one of the most knowledgeable and experienced automotive headhunters in the world.

His continued focus on relationship development, client satisfaction and delivery of quality results, uniquely places him in an ideal position to direct Courland's global executive search activity, providing advice, guidance and consultancy to Courland's local offices as required. In addition to this role, he also currently manages Courland Automotive Practices US operations. Prior to entering the executive search profession (and establishing Courland Automotive Practice), he held management positions in Chrysler International SA in Europe, USA and Asia Pacific.

Martin holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in Law and qualified as a Barrister specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions. It is however, his passion for the automotive industry (coupled with an approach that is grounded in the provision of the utmost respect for each and every individual he has contact with) that has led to the successes that are Courland Automotive Practice.
