Situated in the center of Chicago, the birthplace of Executive Search in the 1950's, Courland's Chicago office serves as the corporate headquarters for the firm in North America.

Established in 2003, the Chicago office coordinates the activities of Courland's three offices in the United States and works closely with the firm's other automotive practices in Asia and Europe. The three US offices are strategically located in Chicago, Detroit and Los Angeles enabling us to meet the needs of clients on both the East and West Coast of the United States as well as internationally.

Over the last five years the Chicago office has completed CEO, COO, CFO, EVP and VP searches for a broad selection of Courland's client base in the United States. These have included executive searches for OEM's, Vehicle Importers, Electric Car Projects, First and Second Tier Suppliers and Aftermarket clients to name a few.

The executive search practice is supplemented by an Interim Management capability which provides, on a short term contractual basis, seasoned automotive executives from every discipline in the industry. These executives can be used to work on a specific project, take over a role from someone who has left the company at short notice, or advise a management team, or board on a Non Executive basis.
