In 2010, Courland International was joined in their London Office, by Lynne Crowden as Senior Partner. Her role is to work closely with both International and UK clients in the recruiting of senior management and board appointees. She brings additional capabilities to the firm in the areas of engineering, manufacturing and technology.

Lynne Crowden has exceptionally broad experience in international executive search and organization development at executive and board level. She has focused over many years on the automotive, aerospace, engineering and distribution sectors and, in addition, has particular expertise in recruiting at the highest levels for Formula 1 and motorsport in general..

Whilst well connected at the most senior levels, Lynne has also built strong references in middle management in the technology and engineering disciplines. Lynne's client relationships are characterized by unusually high levels of client retention with some of the UK's most demanding growth organizations. She has been instrumental in building executive and board teams with private and public companies with international reputations. Her strength lies in making exceptional hires in challenging situations.

Prior to her career in executive search, Lynne was one of the pioneer consultants for the Government’s executive recruitment arm, before being approached to join the Rover Group where she was responsible for the coordination of Rover’s Manufacturing Group external resourcing in a time when the division employed 130,000 people.

Lynne is a graduate of The Welsh College of Music & Drama but chose an early commercial career in publishing and advertising. In addition to her professional career Lynne is a substantial breeder of International dressage horses and holds a number of not for profit roles within the Equine Industry. She is a Non Executive Director of a subsidiary company of the British Equestrian Federation.
