Eric Melulis is a Partner with Courland International and is based in Chicago. Eric focuses on board, CEO, COO, division management and functional corporate officer assignments. Eric’s previous search experience includes firms Russell Reynolds and Spencer Stuart, where he worked with clients across the industrial sector.

Prior to his career in executive search, Eric was a Partner with Accenture’s strategy practice, where he worked with clients in consumer products, industrial products, chemicals and energy to develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance. Eric began his professional career with the Procter and Gamble Distributing Company, where he held numerous positions in operations and supply chain.

Eric received his B.S. in business administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
