Ana Paula Zacharias is a young entrepreneur, Founder / Director of Hunter Consulting Group who have formed a Joint Venture with Courland International. She has been instrumental in recent years in leading important HR and recruitment projects in the Brazilian market for multinational company start-ups and restructuring of international divisions.

For the past six years Ana has been building and managing an array of well-known Latin American networks which concentrate on assisting local Brazilian clients.

The Hunter Consulting Group has offices in three different Brazilian states and representation in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.

With over 16 years of experience in HR, of which 13 have been spent focusing on Executive Search for various industries in Brazil, Ana’s experience in the automotive industry covers the areas of Engineering, Legal, Production, Finance, IT, HR, Sales & Marketing.

For the past 8 years Ana Paula has been Board member of Grupo Primavera (www.gprimavera.org.br), which, in Brazil plays a very important role in many people’s lives by redeeming values and developing skills that promote social inclusion.

Ana Paula has a BA in Psychology, Master’s degree in Production Engineering, MBA in Process Management all of which have been obtained at some of Brazil’s most prestigious Universities.
