John Bukowicz has over 19 years of executive search experience in the manufacturing, automotive and high-tech sectors. John has successfully completed searches for international and domestic companies within the entire automotive spectrum including, OEM's, Tiers and "outlier" suppliers of indirect services. His experience encompasses operations, general management, international strategy, sales & marketing, purchasing, finance and information systems.

Throughout his search career, John has been a hands-on consultant both anticipating and responding to client requirements, resulting in consistent repeat business. His human resource consulting background in position evaluation, executive compensation, organizational development and performance analysis provides a value-added benefit to his clients during an engagement.

Formerly, John was Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Michigan practice of an international, retained search firm with offices across 40 countries.

Prior to his career in search and management consulting, John's industry positions included International Finance and Information Technology roles with both auto & non-automotive institutions.

John has an MBA in Finance, and a second Master's in Information Systems, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, all from Wayne State University.
