In his 23 year executive search career, Ross Geddes has managed assignments across a wide range of functions including chief executives, human resources, finance, IT sales and marketing directors, for a client base which includes major Australian, international and automotive companies.

Ross gained marketing and general management experience in the industrial, consumer and pharmaceutical industries and also gained a Master of Commerce degree and an MBA prior to entering the executive search profession in 1985.
