Courland Automotive Practice Announces a New Office and Joint Venture in São Paulo, Brazil

Courland Automotive Practice today announces the opening of its new office in São Paulo, Brazil.

In just a few years, Brazil has produced a wide variety of automobile brands, innovative designs and new production facilities. This has made Brazil one of the most progressive automotive markets in the world with passenger cars sales already at three million units a year. In order to better serve our clients in this vital part of the worldwide automotive industry, we made the decision to establish an office in the commercial heartland of Brazil, along with our joint venture partners, the De Bernt Entschev group of companies,” said Martin Bohling, Courland’s founder and Global Managing Partner.

Courland Automotive Practice – Brazil will be headed by Managing Partner, Dr. Bernardo Entschev. With more than fifteen years of experience in a wide range of business sectors and a passion for negotiation, team management and human resource development, Bernardo Entschev has helped build a highly successful and well respected executive search firm. As Vice President of De Bernt Entschev, he coordinates the commercial activities for all of the services in the company’s portfolio (Executive Search, Outplacement, Counselling, Climate Surveys and Assessment.) He will also be directly responsible for the joint venture between Courland Automotive Practice and the De Bernt Entschev Group.

Bernardo holds a Doctorate degree in Medicine and began his professional career as a surgeon specializing in head, neck and craniofacial surgery while administrating his private surgery clinic. His passion for working with people led him to join De Bernt Entschev, the company his father founded, and to help develop it into the national firm of prominence it is today.
