Bob joins Courland following his retirement as Senior Vice President for Corporate Relations at Visteon Corporation. Bob was one of five founding officers who took the $20 billion company public with over 80,000 employees, 130 manufacturing and technical centers in 25 countries. As Visteon's top human resources executive and leader, Bob's expertise included accomplishments in all human resources competencies including executive recruitment, leadership development, compensation design, global labor strategy, corporate and government relations, and communications. Prior to this, Bob spent almost 30 years at the Ford Motor Company in their aerospace business, financial services, automotive operations and labor affairs.
