Our consultants frequently provide intellectual capital and thought leadership on a variety of topics of note to clients, candidates and other interested parties with a strong connection to the global automotive industry.  Newsletters, studies, surveys  or articles in leading newspapers and magazines are often provided by our consultants; this frequently occurs,  in collaboration with our clients and other business partners.

A recent example is our study “Different Management Types: How to make the intangible tangible”.

For this study, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the career paths, personalities and capabilities of over 100 top managers from three major market segments within the automotive industry and compared them to each other. In order to build a valid basis for our comparison, we conducted the same highly professional management audit with each manager that we employ successfully in our core business Executive Search.

The results show very clearly that those market segments are dominated by very different management types. This study shows who they are, what makes them uniquely qualified for their current roles and where we detected discrepancies between future demands in the marketplace and the existing capabilities.
