Executive Search

We work under an exclusive contract with your organization to provide a customized solution, proactively seeking out the right executives to match your specific requirements.  The majority of executives we present are individuals who are not actively seeking a new role, but have been identified through research as the most appropriate candidates.

 

Our Search Process

The job specification forms the blue print for our search.  We work with our clients to make it as accurate as possible by identifying all the required attributes including skills, experience and cultural fit. Next, we undertake significant desk research followed by a systematic sourcing exercise to identify a long list of suitable candidates – both new candidates and those we might know from previous assignments.

Once we have identified potential candidates in the research phase, we interview the most promising and write full assessments on the best performing candidates, who we believe should be on the short-list. The assessment, which we present on each candidate, is based on the most important commonly agreed factors of the job specification.

Our clients can expect to see candidates some 6 to 8 weeks after a search assignment has started. Usually we present 4 to 5 candidates although this may vary depending on the complexity of the search.

We are in regular contact with candidates whose appointments we have secured and often, in the fullness of time, they become clients themselves.
